Each of our colleges has accreditation and offers approved courses in many study streams. Our colleges cover a wide range of interests, so you can further your studies no matter your educational background.
Bellview Institute Of Distance Learning
At Bellview Institute of Distance Learning, your education is our top priority. We believe in providing you with the best possible distance learning experience. Our course material is comprehensive and user-friendly. Our trained tutors are available during business hours (8:00 – 17:00) to answer questions.
Our college focuses mainly on providing you with fully accredited NATED and ICB courses. These qualifications are recognised internationally and go all the way up to the Diploma level, which is just one level below a Bachelor’s Degree.
Bellview is fully accredited by the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET), the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB), the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) and the Chartered Institute for Management Accountants (CIMA) to offer their courses.
Matric College
At Matric College, we believe anyone should be able to obtain their Matric, no matter the circumstances behind being unable to get it through high school.
Our college focuses on helping you to get your Matric, no matter your age or educational background. We do also offer courses you can study after Matric, as well as courses you can study without Matric.
Matric College is also accredited by ICB, and offers some of their accredited courses in partnership with Bellview Institute.
Skills Academy
At Skills Academy, we believe that everyone has the right to be able to work, no matter their financial and educational background.
Our college focuses on providing you with the skills you need to begin working, regardless of your educational level. We offer a wide variety of courses that require only that you are over the age of 16, and that you are able to understand, read and write in English. We also offer accredited NATED and ICB courses.
Skills Academy is accredited by ICB, CIMA, and QCTO. This means that all accredited courses offered at Skills Academy are recognised as formal qualifications.
Ember Academy
At Ember Academy, we believe everyone should be able to study, even if you only stayed in school to the end of grade 10.
Our college focuses on providing skills-based programmes that only require that you have completed your Grade 10. We also offer accredited ICB courses.
Home Study College
At Home Study College, providing you with reputable courses for your education is our priority. We believe everyone should be able to study courses they are interested in.
Our college focuses on offering short courses and Certificate courses to give you the skills you need to start working. We also offer accredited and internationally recognised ICB courses.
Learning Group
At the learning group, we aim to provide the best distance learning experience possible. We work in partnership with Skills Academy to bring you a variety of skills-based courses.
Our college focuses on creative courses for those with an artistic flair. We offer courses in areas such as digital photography and creative writing. We also offer accredited ICB courses, and we are also accredited by FASSET.
The Décor School
At the Décor School, we believe everyone should be allowed to express their artistic side. We aim to provide an opportunity for students to explore their creativity.
Our college focuses on offering a variety of courses in interior decorating and design. Our courses go all the way up to the Diploma level, and we have many specialisation areas.
How Our Partnerships Work
Our partnerships between our colleges work to share accreditation. This means that because Bellview Institute of Distance Learning is accredited to offer NATED courses, Matric College can offer NATED courses in partnership with Bellview Institute and still be recognised and accredited even though Matric College does not have NATED accreditation.
The Benefits Of A Partnership
Partnerships between our colleges work to benefit each college in different ways. Bellview Institute is the only college accredited to offer NATED courses. However, Matric College can offer NATED courses because they are offered in partnership with Bellview Institute.
This means that Matric College does not need to go through the process of registering and being accredited to offer NATED courses, because it works with the accreditation of Bellview Institute. This way, your qualification is still accredited and recognised.
In the same way, all Short Courses are designed by Skills Academy. However, Matric College also offers these courses, because they are offered in partnership with Skills Academy. So, even though these courses are not accredited, you can be sure they are reputable and can help you begin your career.
Different partnerships also allow a variety of courses. Each college can specialise in a different field of study, which allows for a great range of courses to choose from.
